Whether you love or hate winter, you can’t deny the satisfaction that you get from a hot, wholesome meal after a cold, drizzly day. We are fortunate that Murray Bridge has such a wide variety of delicious dining options, making sure that there is something to tantalise everyone’s tastebuds. We have put together our five favourite places to dine out in Murray Bridge.

Riverscape Café & Restaurant – Sturt Reserve Road, Murray Bridge

Riverscape Café & Restaurant is open 7 days a week from 11am to 8.30pm. With live music most Friday nights, you can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere while taking in the stunning river views. The broad menu offers something for everyone, from the beautiful seafood to the new stone-grill options, and the desserts are simply ‘to die for’. And last but not least, the staff at Riverscape always go above and beyond to make your meal enjoyable.

Fasta Pasta – Murray Bridge Marketplace Shopping Mall

Fasta Pasta Murray Bridge is open from 10am to 3pm for lunch, and from 3pm to 9pm for dinner daily. Located in the popular Murray Bridge Marketplace, it is a convenient lunch destination after a hard-days shopping. With a choice of outdoor or indoor dining, you can enjoy scenic views of the river and surrounding parks. The traditional pasta and pizza dishes are delicious, and there is always an array of delicious desserts for an after-dinner treat.

The Community Club – Sturt Reserve Road, Murray Bridge

The Murray Bridge Community Club is open 7 days from 12 to 2pm for lunch, and from 6 to 8pm for dinner. The menu offers much more than the typical club menu, and with choices to cater for every budget, the daily specials are a great attraction.  Located on the banks of the Murray, it is a great place for a family get-together being right near the Sturt Reserve playground.

Indian Masala – Murray Bridge Green Shopping Mall

Indian Masala is open Tuesday to Friday from 4 to 9.30pm, and Saturday to Sunday 11am to 9.30pm, and closed on Mondays. The restaurant offers an expansive menu of traditional and authentic Indian Cuisine which is sure to hit the spot on these cold winter nights. Fully licensed, the restaurant can cater for a variety of dining options.

Wongs Happy Gathering Asian Cuisine – First Street, Murray Bridge

Wongs Happy Gathering is open from Wednesday to Sunday (noon to 2pm for lunch, and 5pm to late for dinner). The Asian-inspired restaurant is a local family favourite which has been operating for years. The menu has something for everyone, and the chef’s specials are especially delightful. A laid-back atmosphere with friendly staff, the restaurant is also conveniently located next to the Cameo Cinema – perfect for a dinner & movie date!
